How does 24/7 Access work?
When making a booking out of shop hours you will need to use the 24/7 door to access the building. When making a booking a 6-digit pin will be generated for you to unlock the door, you can find this pin on your confirmation email; but you can also access it through the Trackman Golf app.
To unlock the 24/7 door type in your 6-digit pin into the Openpath keypad, followed by the enter key. If the door successfully unlocks you should hear a beeping sound followed by a click of the door unlocking. Your pin will be activated 15 minutes prior to your booking and can be used indefinitely for the duration of your booking – the pin will be deactivated at the end of your session.
